• 摘要： 朋辈心理辅导是目前高校现有心理健康教育工作人员严重不足的有效补充，是思想政治工作落实、落地、落细的有力抓手，是实现围绕学生、关照学生、服务学生的重要手段。联动各方力量，建立有组织性、针对性、系统性的朋辈辅导体系，组织化推进朋辈辅导实践，可有效激发学生成长成才的积极性、主动性、创造性。
