高职院校劳动教育实施路径与学生心理健康关系研究

  • 摘要: 随着新时代教育改革的深入发展,劳动教育作为德智体美劳全面发展的主要内容之一,在大学课程体系中愈发重要。本文以高职院校为研究对象,通过文献研究、实地调研等方法,探讨高职院校劳动教育的实施路径与学生心理健康的关系,发现劳动教育实施路径主要包括课程体系构建、实践平台建设和考核评价机制建立等方面,其影响因素主要包括学校重视程度、师资队伍水平、学生劳动素养和社会环境支持等,有效的劳动教育实施路径对学生的心理健康具有促进作用。
  • With the in-depth development of educational reform in the new era, Education on the hardworking spirit, as one of the main components for comprehensive development in morality, intelligence, physical fitness, aesthetics, and labor, has become increasingly important in the university curriculum system. This paper takes higher vocational colleges as the research object and explores the relationship between the implementation pathways of Education on the hard-workingspirit and students’ mental health in these institutions through methods such as literature review and field research. It is found that the implementation pathways of labor education mainly include the construction of curriculum systems, the establishment of practical platforms, and the setup of assessment and evaluation mechanisms. The influencing factors primarily encompass the level of attention given by schools, the quality of teaching staff, students’ labor literacy, and support from the social environment. Effective implementation pathways for labor education have a positive effect on students’ mental health.
