• Abstract: 本研究着眼于军队院校学员的军事指挥心理素质，通过自编的军事指挥心理素质问卷对某武警院校466名学员的军事指挥心理素质进行调查，研究结果显示，武警院校学员军事指挥心理素质总体得分较高，在军事技能维度、勇气维度、成熟维度上存在显著差异，针对上述研究结果提出了培养学员军事指挥心理素质的相关的举措。
• This study focuses on the military command psychological quality of military academy students. A self-designed military command psychological quality questionnaire was used to investigate the military command psychological quality of 466 military academy students in a certain armed police academy. The research results show that the overall score of military command psychological quality of military police academy students is high, and there are significant differences in military skills, courage, and maturity dimensions, Based on the above research results, relevant measures have been proposed to cultivate the psychological quality of military command among military academy students.
