• 摘要： 讯问中，犯罪嫌疑人的临界供述心理受多种因素的影响会呈现动态变化状态。文章依据人格结构理论对犯罪嫌疑人的拒供心理和供述心理进行心理动力分析，探明了拒供心理和供述心理的主要心理动力，进而提出建立融洽关系、满足本我、激发超我、平衡自我四种讯问策略，以推动犯罪嫌疑人的拒供心理向供述心理转化，顺利完成侦查讯问。
• During interrogation, the critical confession psychology of the suspect shows dynamicchanges under the influence of various factors. Based on the theory of personality structure, this paperanalyzes the psychological motivation of refusing psychology and confessing psychology, and finds outthe main psychological motivation. Thereafter, four questioning strategies as establishing harmoniousrelationships, satisfying the id, stimulating the superego, and balancing the self are proposed to promotethe transformation from psychology of refuse to the psychology of confessing, and successfully completethe investigation and interrogation.
