关于高校建设二级心理工作站思考及探索 ——以北京化工大学经管学院为例

• 摘要： 随着高校大学生心理健康问题越来越受到重视，高校心理健康教育中心的压力突出，为了更好进行心理健康教育，应对新的挑战，各个高校都在开始在学院设立二级心理工作站，有效开展心理健康教育工作，本文将着重分析建设二级心理工作站的优势以及目前我校二级心理工作站工作模式面临的困难，为优化工作机制以更有效地解决大学生心理健康问题提供参考建议。
• With the increasing attention to the mental health problems of college students, the pressure ofcollege mental health education centers is prominent, in order to better carry out mental health educationand cope with new challenges, colleges and universities are beginning to set up secondary psychologicalworkstations in colleges to effectively carry out mental health education work, this article will focus onanalyzing the advantages of building secondary psychological workstations and the difficulties facedby the current working mode of secondary psychological workstations in our university, and providereference suggestions for optimizing the working mechanism to solve college students’ mental healthproblems more effectively.
