With the increasing attention to the mental health problems of college students, the pressure ofcollege mental health education centers is prominent, in order to better carry out mental health educationand cope with new challenges, colleges and universities are beginning to set up secondary psychologicalworkstations in colleges to effectively carry out mental health education work, this article will focus onanalyzing the advantages of building secondary psychological workstations and the difficulties facedby the current working mode of secondary psychological workstations in our university, and providereference suggestions for optimizing the working mechanism to solve college students’ mental healthproblems more effectively.
