Cultivating college students’ peer psychological team is an important part of mental health
education in colleges and universities. Taking standardized courses as the starting point can effectively
improve the working efficiency of peer psychological team. It is an important topic in the mental health
education curriculum in colleges and universities. The curriculum has the teaching characteristics of
combining theory and practice. By introducing typical work situation cases, project-based learning
practices peer psychological education in the form of projects to promote the comprehensive
improvement of the knowledge system and ability of peer psychological team, thus effectively improving
the effectiveness of peer psychological self-help and mutual assistance work in colleges and universities.
