• 摘要： 人们自古以来都有着对平衡的探索，平衡往往伴随着积极结果的产生。平衡的时间洞察力具有良好的适应性，是衡量个体幸福感的重要指标，因此，对平衡的时间洞察力的研究成为时间洞察力发展的一个新的视角。本研究在总结新近研究的基础上，对平衡时间洞察力研究方法进行了梳理并对平衡时间洞察力未来研究的方向进行了展望。
• People have explored balance since ancient times, and balance is accompanied by positive results. Balanced time perspective (BTP) has good adaptability and is an important indicator of individual wellbeing. Therefore, the study of BTP has become a new perspective for the development of time perspective. On the basis of summarizing recent research, this article aims to review the progress of research on the research methods of BTP and prospects the future research direction of BTP.
