  • 摘要: 新商科人才培养模式改革涉及教育体系的多个方面,包括学科交叉、培养目标、课程内容、教学方法、师资队伍建设等。通过探析学科交叉与专业融合、培养目标的重构、课程内容与教学方法的创新、师资队伍建设、持续的评估与改进等主要方向和策略,为新商科人才培养模式改革提供思路,从而有利于高校培养具有国际视野、创新精神和社会责任感的商科人才,满足数字经济时代的需求。
  • The reform of the new business talent training model involves multiple aspects of the education system, including interdisciplinary studies, training objectives, curriculum content, teaching methods, and faculty development. By exploring the main directions and strategies of interdisciplinary and professional integration, restructuring of training objectives, innovation of course content and teaching methods, construction of teaching staff, continuous evaluation and improvement, etc., we provide ideas for the reform of the new business talent training model. This is beneficial for universities to cultivate business talents with international perspectives, innovative spirit, and social responsibility, meeting the needs of the digital economy era.
