• Abstract: 地方红色文化是全国性红色文化不可分割的组成部分，传承红色文化对于永葆党的先进性至关重要，同时也是高校肩负的责任和使命，更是帮助大学生成长成才的重要举措。本文将分析地方红色文化资源与高校思政教育的融合价值，并探讨当前融合过程中存在的问题及原因，进而从壮大育人工作队伍、增强学生文化认同感、整合红色文化资源、开拓双轨育人阵地等方面探寻地方红色文化资源融入高校思政教育的实践路径，以推动地方红色文化资源更好地融入高校思政教育。
• Local red culture is an integral part of the national red culture, and its inheritance is crucial to maintaining the Party’s advanced nature. It is also a responsibility and mission of universities, as well as an important measure to help college students grow and succeed. This paper analyzes the value of integrating local red cultural resources into ideological and political education in universities, and explores the existing problems and their causes during the integration process. Furthermore, it seeks practical paths for incorporating local red cultural resources into ideological and political education in universities from aspects such as strengthening the educational workforce, enhancing students’ cultural identity, integrating red cultural resources, and developing dual-track educational platforms. The aim is to promote the better integration of local red cultural resources into ideological and political education in universities.
