高职院校“一站式”学生社区建设存在问题和优化路径研究

• Abstract: 高职院校是高等教育的重要组成部分，相较于本科院校，一方面，高职院校没有书院制基础，导致学生社区管理工作缺乏经验和基础；另一方面，高职院校办学资源紧张，导致学生社区建设规划困难。此外，由于学生学制短且在校时间短，导致规划考虑不充分等。当前，高校“一站式”学生社区建设存在学生主体地位不突出、党建引领实效不明显、软实力建设投入不足、活动内容缺乏特色创新等问题，导致学生社区建设趋于形式化、无法发挥其应有的效用。因此，在“一站式”学生社区建设进程中，要坚持以学生为主体，因校制宜，打造特色化学生社区；要以党建为引领，融入思想政治元素，打造思政新天地；要以制度为保障，完善学生社区建设管理的相关制度，夯实学生社区长远发展的“地基”；要以创新为切口，突出品牌活动建设，将“一站式”学生社区构建成高质量育人阵地。
• Vocational colleges are an important part of higher education. Compared with undergraduate colleges, on the one hand, vocational colleges do not the foundation of the college system, which leads to a lack of experience and foundation in student community management. On the other hand, the lack of resources of vocational lead to difficulties in planning the construction of student communities. In addition, due to the short academic system and short time on campus, the planning considerations are not sufficient At present, the construction of “one-stop” student communities in colleges and universities has problems such as the student are not the most important, the effectiveness of party building is not obvious, the investment in soft power construction is insufficient, and the activity content lacks specific innovation. This leads to the construction of student communities becoming formalistic and unable to play its due role. Therefore, in the process of building a “one-stop” student community, it is necessary to adhere to the principle of student part, tailor measures to local conditions, and create a different student community; to lead with party building, integrate ideological and political elements, and create a new for ideological and political education; to ensure with principle, improve the related systems of student community construction management, and lay a solid “foundation” for the long development of student communities; to take innovation as the breakthrough, highlight the construction of brand activities, and build the “one-stop” student community into a high-quality places.
