The left-behind generation of college students are faced with many psychological problems when they grow up. In order to promote the psychological recovery of the left-behind generation of college students, based on the theory of restoration ecology, the importance of self-regulation and selfrepair is emphasized, and the method of accurate design and intervention in the ecological environment is proposed, and an overall design framework is constructed. Educational goal positioning and content planning cover many aspects such as positive attitude, self-cognition and management, interpersonal support, problem solving, value shaping and so on. In order to achieve the above goals, the practice path of “management-education-service” is put forward, including a sound and efficient management organization system, a well-designed special education program and a flexible innovative service model, so as to effectively help the left-behind generation of college students realize psychological recovery and development.
