  • 摘要: 21世纪以来,美国教师教育改革出现了强劲的实践转向趋势。美国“蒙大拿州乡村教师项目”是美国实践取向教师教育改革中蒙大拿州解决乡村教师难题的实践探索,是面向乡村的“临床实践”式学士后教师驻校培养项目。“蒙大拿州乡村教师项目”包含合作伙伴关系、招生录取标准、课程内容、结业考核与认定等主要内容,具有注重培养模式一体化、培养方式情境化和培养过程个性化的主要特点。
  • Since the beginning of the 21st century, there has been a strong practice shift in teacher education reform in the United States. The Montana Rural Teacher Project is a practical exploration of Montana to solve the problems of rural teachers in the reform of practice-oriented teacher education in the United States, which is a post-baccalaureate teacher residency training program for rural areas. The Montana Rural Teacher Project includes the main contents of partnership, enrollment and admission standards, course content, completion assessment and recognition, etc., and has the main characteristics of focusing on the integration of training models, the contextualization of training methods, and the personalization of training processes.
