职业教育本科层次专业人才培养理念及 思路研究——以视觉传达艺术设计专业为例

• 摘要： 随着国家产业升级和经济转型的需要，对于职业型人才的要求也越来越高，职教本科这一新鲜事物也应运而 生。职业教育本科的出现打破了长期以来高职教育在学历层次上的局限，为职业教育的长远发展带来了新机 遇和挑战。本文立足高职高专院校升格的职教本科院校人才培养的办学实际，重点论述职教本科院校视觉传 达艺术设计专业的人才培养内涵，在人才培养定位、教育方案设计、教学过程规划等方面进行探讨，找寻一 条适用于职业教育本科层次专业人才培育的新思路。
• With the needs of national industrial upgrading and economic transformation, the requirements for professional talents are also more and more high, vocational education undergraduate this new thing has emerged at the historic moment. The emergence of vocational education undergraduate program has broken the limitation of vocational education in academic level for a long time and brought new opportunities and challenges for the long-term development of vocational education. In this paper, based on the status of vocational education in higher vocational college undergraduate course colleges and universities personnel training of educational practice, mainly discusses vocational education undergraduate course colleges and universities of visual communication art design professional connotation of talents cultivation, in talents cultivation orientation, education plan design, teaching process planning were discussed, looking for a suitable for vocational education undergraduate level professional talents cultivation of new ideas.
