This research aims to provide empirical evidence for the psychological support and intervention of college parents in colleges and universities,aiming at the status quo of college parents’ obsession with criticism and focusing on the complex emotional experience of parents in the process of “effective reading”. The emotional experience in the process of “effective reading” has individual differences,but the overall characteristics are “change” and “reflection”. The final reflection of this study is whether the parents accompanying reading hinder the individual independence of college students or not,whether the parents grow up together with their children or not and whether it will be cultivate the independence of the college students or not. This need to be tracked by future research and intervention study.
