箱庭疗法对高功能自闭症幼儿主动沟通行为干预个案研究

• 摘要： 通过对一名高功能自闭症幼儿进行为期 8 次的箱庭疗法干预，观察高 功能自闭症幼儿箱庭过程特征，探讨其主动语言沟通行为和主动非语言沟通行 为的表现，分析促进高功能自闭症幼儿主动沟通行为的机制。结果发现，在箱 庭游戏过程中，该幼儿使用的沙具数量逐渐增多、种类逐渐多样化，主动语言 沟通行为和主动非语言沟通行为都明显增加，刻板行为减少，社会交往能力得 到提高。心理理论、精神动力学理论以及人本主义理论均对高功能自闭症幼儿 主动沟通行为干预的促进作用机制提供了理论支持。
• Through eight times of chamber therapy intervention on a high-function autistic child, the characteristics of chamber process of high-function autistic children were observed, the performance of active language communication behavior and active non-verbal communication behavior of children were discussed, and the mechanism of promoting active communication behavior of high-function autistic children was analyzed. The results showed that in the process of playing in the box court, the number and types of sand tools used by the children increased gradually, the active language communication behavior and the active non language communication behavior increased significantly, the stereotyped behavior decreased, and the social communication ability improved. Psychological theory, psychodynamic theory and humanistic theory all provide theoretical support for the promotion mechanism of active communication behavior intervention of high-function autistic children.
