一例双相情感障碍认知行为治疗的案例报告

• Abstract: 本文介绍了一例双相情感障碍的大学生在缓解期进行认知行为治疗的 过程。采用心理教育、识别挑战自动思维及信念、行为实验等方法，经过 20 次 会谈，结果显示来访者情绪稳定，人际关系改善明显，能够做到轻松自在地与 室友交往，并敢于表达内心真实想法，而且学习提高显著。本研究证明认知行 为治疗对双相情感障碍缓解期的大学生社会功能恢复是有效的。
• This thesis presents a case of college student with bipolar disorder in remission who underwent cognitive behavioral therapy. Such as psychological education, recognition and challenge of automatic thinking and belief, behavior experiment were mainly adopted. After 20 times of counselling, the results showed that the visitor is emotionally stable, her interpersonal relationship improved significantly. She is able to communicate with roommates easily and dared to express her real thoughts, and her academic performance is greatly improved. This study proves that cognitive behavioral therapy is effective in the recovery of social function of college students in remission of bipolar disorder.
