中学生希望品质与快乐感的关系研究

Study on the relationship between hope quality and happiness of middle school students

• Abstract: 采用快乐感量表和中国中学生积极心理品质分量表对666 名中学生进行调查，运用独立样本t 检验、 线性相关分析和逐步回归分析方法探究中学生希望品质与快乐感之间的关系。研究结果：（1）中学生希望 品质在性别、年级上存在显著差异；（2）希望品质与正性情绪呈显著正相关，与负性情绪呈显著负相关； （3）希望品质能够正向预测正性情绪，负向预测负性情绪。
• A survey of 666 middle school students was conducted by using the happiness scale and the positive psychological quality subscale of Chinese middle school students, and the independent sample t test, linear correlation analysis and stepwise regression analysis were used to explore the relationship between middle school students' desire quality and their sense of happiness. The results show that: (1) There are significant differences in gender and grade in the desired quality of middle school students; (2) There is a significant positive correlation between hope quality and positive emotion, and a significant negative correlation between hope quality and negative emotion; (3) It is expected that quality can positively predict positive emotions and negatively predict negative emotions.
