• Abstract: 积极幻想是指个体的一种积极心理适应，体现了个体对现实的积极把握和乐观知觉， 是积极心理学研究领域的一个重要研究方向。基于对已有相关文献的回顾与分析，本文梳理 了积极幻想研究的发展历程，总结了积极幻想的内涵和类型，探讨了积极幻想对个体行为的 作用，介绍了当下积极幻想主要的研究领域，最后讨论了已有研究存在的不足和未来的研究 方向。
• Positive illusions refers to an individual’s positive psychological adaptation, which reflects the individual’s positive grasp of reality and optimistic perception. It is an important research direction in the field of positive psychology. Based on the review and analysis of the existing relevant literature, this paper sorts out the development of positive illusions research, summarizes the connotation and types of positive illusions, explores the role of positive illusions on individual behavior, and introduces the main research areas of current positive illusions. Finally, the existing problems and future research directions are discussed.
