Nonviolent communication is a conscious, non-judgmental communication
method born in the civil rights movement. It focuses on empathy and expression
to resolve conflicts and promote interpersonal communication and cooperation.
Nonviolent communication has been studied and applied in many fields. This paper
summarizes the concept, history and development of non-violent communication,
the application of non-violent communication in various fields and its current
shortcomings, so as to provide reference and inspiration for future research.
