Using the School of Pharmacy at Zhejiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine as an example, this article explores the innovative practices and AI empowerment in mental health activities for college students. A “five-dimension-integrated” mental health practice system is constructed, covering five modules: living habits, psychological healing, behavioral intervention, learning enhancement, and social support. This system includes 16 specific activity categories, forming a four-dimensional collaborative mechanism of “behavioral habit - emotional regulation - cognitive upgrading - relationship building”. The activity system is developed based on professionalism, effectiveness, characteristics, and coverage, establishing a scientific and sustainable educational model. Finally, in the Artificial Intelligence era, the innovation in mental health activities is mainly reflected in three aspects: monitoring and screening, healing and intervention, and auxiliary analysis. The integration of technology application and activity design offers new ideas and methods for mental health activities.
