This case is a psychological crisis intervention of a senior high school student who attempted suicide. The first step was to stabilize the student’s emotions, gain her trust, and then clarify her basic information. Second, it was necessary to evaluate the student’s current psychological condition and identify the level of psychological crisis. Third, some preparations were made for her referral to hospital, and notified her parents to take care of her. At first, the student went to the hospital’s psychology department for treatment, and then she voluntarily requested to return to school for psychological counseling. Ultimately, after 8 consecutive psychological counseling, the student’s condition improved and stabilized with the help of the supervising teacher using the Moving to emptiness technique to address relevant issues. Until she completed the college entrance examination, she remained psychologically stable. At this point, the case ended.
