• Abstract: 文化现象是某一群体的重要行为表征。同样，警察文化也是警察组织机构运转方式的重要体现。创伤作为当下警察文化中的一个核心议题，往往对警察的身心健康产生深远的影响。有鉴于此，通过“披露”这一方式将警察的创伤体验外化，并借助诸如“个人日记”“创意写作”“情感信件”“案例与反思”等表达性写作的手段，帮助其将自身所面临的问题情境可视化，如此可以有效促使该群体摆脱身心困扰，同时以健康且积极的状态面对工作与生活。
• Cultural phenomena are significant behavioral representations of particular groups. Likewise, police culture is an essential embodiment of police organization. As a core topic of the current police culture, trauma has a profound impact on the physical and mental health of the police. Considering this, disclosing the traumatic experience of externalized police officers and helping them visualize the problem situations they are facing through specific means and methods of expressive writing, such as personal diary, creative writing, emotional letters, cases, and reflection, can well help them get rid of their physical and mental troubles and face work and life in a healthy and positive state.
