Under the background of rapid social development and constantly changing growth environment, college students generally face multiple challenges. To address the issues of depression, psychological stress, and “hollow disease” among college students, and to enhance their positive emotional experience and sense of meaning in life, this study explores the applicability of integrating horticultural therapy with positive psychological interventions in the life education of college students. It also proposes an application plan for integrating horticultural therapy to recognize positive traits, appreciate positive experiences, cultivate positive thinking, and establish positive relationships, in order to provide new possibilities for the life education of college students.
