  • 摘要: 本文呈现了一例运用认知行为疗法进行干预的大学新生适应问题的心理咨询案例。大学新生在入学初期,常因环境适应、人际关系、学业压力、气候变化等促发因素而出现心理状态不适应的情况,更有甚者出现明显的功能缺损或强烈的痛苦情绪体验。本文采用认知行为疗法,针对来访者当前面临的问题、咨询目标,制定咨询计划,通过系统的认知行为疗法技术帮助当事人改善受损功能、恢复心理健康状态。
  • This paper presents a case of psychological counseling with cognitive behavioral therapy intervention. College freshmen in the early entrance often because of environmental adaptation, interpersonal relationship, academic pressure, climate change and other promoting factors lead to psychological state, even appear obvious functional defect or obvious pain emotional experience, this paper adopts cognitive behavior therapy, for visitors current problems, consulting target, consultation plan, through the system of cognitive behavior therapy technology to help the parties to improve the damaged function, restore mental health.
