• Abstract: 本文旨在探讨中医理论中的阴阳与魂魄概念，并与荣格心理学中的阿尼玛与阿尼姆斯理论进行比较分析。通过文献综述和理论分析，本文揭示了两种理论体系在描述人类心理和生理现象时的异同，并探讨了它们在现代心理治疗和文化理解中的应用价值。
• This paper aims to explore the concepts of Yin-Yang and Hun-Po in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and compare them with the theories of Anima and Animus in Carl Jung’s analytical psychology. Through literature review and theoretical analysis, this study reveals the similarities and differences between the two theoretical systems in describing human psychological and physiological phenomena and discusses their application value in modern psychotherapy and cultural understanding.
