  • 摘要: 来访者(小A)在9月开学初不愿到校报到上学,辅导员了解情况后推荐小A来到学校心理咨询室。经访谈了解到,小A在开学前有一次自杀尝试,当前抑郁状态明显且面临学业受挫,压力较大。在经过学校、家庭、医院协同帮助后,小A逐渐恢复心理健康。学生心理危机的转化离不开家庭和学校的协同,同频的协同则离不开有效的家校沟通。在家校沟通中,如何处理家校沟通中的阻抗,聚焦来访者的优势和资源,形成家校共同体,促进来访者从“被动受助”到“主动发力”是转化心理危机的关键。
  • The client (Xiao A) didn’t want to go back to school at the beginning of the semester in September, and the counselor recommended Xiao A to come to the school psychological counseling room after understanding the situation. According to the interview, Xiao A tried to commit suicide once before the school started. He is obviously depressed and faces academic frustration, with great pressure. After concerted help from school, family and hospital, Xiao A gradually recovered mental health. The transformation of students’ psychological crisis is inseparable from the coordination of family and school, and the coordination of the same frequency is inseparable from the effective communication between home and school. In home-school communication, how to deal with the resistance in home-school communication, focus on the advantages and resources of client, form a home-school community, and promote client from “passive assistance” to “active force” is the key to transform psychological crisis.
