- Abstract: 谈心谈话是辅导员的重要工作内容，将心理咨询技术应用到辅导员谈心谈话中，对于提升谈心谈话质量具有积极作用。通过明确谈心谈话过程、设置谈心谈话目标并应用心理咨询技术，对高校辅导员提升谈心谈话效果具有一定的借鉴意义。
- Heart-to-heart talk is an important part of counselors’ work, and the application of psychological counseling techniques to counselors’ heart-to-heart talk has a positive effect on improving the quality of heart-to-heart talk. By clarifying the process of heart-to-heart talk, setting the goal of heartto- heart talk, and applying psychological counseling technology, it has a certain reference effect on college counselors to improve the effect of heart-to-heart talk.
