“The world has collapsed, what am I going to do?” —A School Psychological Counseling Case Report of a Junior High School Student with Acute Stress Disorder
This article reports that a junior high school student experienced a series of stress reactions after inadvertently seeing his parents’ divorce agreement, including changes in biological rhythm, cognition, behavior, emotion and social interaction, which made him very painful and didn’t know how to deal with it. Parents and teachers synchronized the situation with school psychology in time and sought professional supports. In the school education scene, the psychological teacher used professional psychological counseling skills and home-school linkage to carry out school psychological counseling to help students return to normal family and school life.
