一例针对人际关系困扰的大学生心理咨询干预报告

• 摘要： 高校承担着心理育人的职责，高校心理咨询在培育大学生积极乐观心态、排解大学生心理烦忧、预防严重心理疾病等方面发挥着重要作用。本文是一例针对因学业受挫、家庭矛盾突出、宿舍关系恶化而出现一般心理问题的大学生的心理咨询干预案例。心理咨询师与来访者共同商讨咨询方案，咨询师运用理性情绪疗法和空椅子技术，经过5次咨询帮助来访者走出情绪困扰，摆脱心理痛苦，恢复了心理平衡。希望此案例能够为高校心理咨询工作提供启发和参考。
• Universities bear the responsibility of psychological education, and psychological counseling in universities plays an important role in cultivating positive and optimistic attitudes among college students, relieving their psychological worries, and preventing serious mental illnesses. This article is a psychological counseling intervention case for college students who experience general psychological problems due to academic setbacks, prominent family conflicts, and deteriorating dormitory relationships. The counselor and the visitor jointly discuss the counseling plan. The counselor uses rational emotional therapy and empty chair technology to help the visitor overcome emotional distress, overcome psychological pain, and restore psychological balance after 5 sessions. I hope this case can provide inspiration and reference for psychological counseling work in universities.
