In this study, the self-differentiation scale of college students revised by Wu Yuhui and Wang Guiping was used to conduct a preliminary screening of students at a university in Beijing. Twelve students with low self-differentiation were selected as study subjects, and the subjects were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, with 6 people in each group, the control group did not receive any intervention, and the experimental group received a weekly sandplay intervention, a total of 12 times, and the experimental group and the control group were tested again after the intervention. Experiments were conducted in a standard sandbox consultation room, using standard sandboxes and sand tools, and the process of the experiment was recorded. The results showed that sand play had a significant effect on the self-differentiation of college students.
