低自我分化大学生的沙盘游戏干预研究

  • 摘要: 本研究采用吴煜辉和王桂平修订的“大学生自我分化量表”,对北京某大学学生进行测量初筛。选取12名低自我分化学生作为研究被试,并将被试随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各6人。对照组不接受任何干预,实验组接受每周一次的沙盘游戏干预,合计12次。在干预结束后,对实验组和对照组再次进行量表测试。实验在标准沙盘游戏咨询室进行,使用标准沙箱和沙具,并记录实验过程。研究结果显示,沙盘游戏对大学生自我分化的干预效果显著。
  • In this study, the self-differentiation scale of college students revised by Wu Yuhui and Wang Guiping was used to conduct a preliminary screening of students at a university in Beijing. Twelve students with low self-differentiation were selected as study subjects, and the subjects were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, with 6 people in each group, the control group did not receive any intervention, and the experimental group received a weekly sandplay intervention, a total of 12 times, and the experimental group and the control group were tested again after the intervention. Experiments were conducted in a standard sandbox consultation room, using standard sandboxes and sand tools, and the process of the experiment was recorded. The results showed that sand play had a significant effect on the self-differentiation of college students.
