Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) is a kind of short-term psychotherapy technique which focuses on finding solutions to problems. From a positive perspective, focus on the visitors’ strengths and resources, and consider the parties to be experts in solving their own problems, by looking for the “Exception” and “Snowball” effect of a positive way to construct a solution. In counseling, the basic techniques such as pre-questioning, inspiring, praising, miracle asking and evaluation asking are used to mobilize the positive resources and abilities of the visitors and promote their personal growth and development. The characteristics of short time and quick effect are suitable for solving the developmental problems in the growth of primary and secondary school students, and provide new ideas and methods for teachers to guide and Solve Students’ mental health problems.
