• Abstract: 本文呈现了一例采用埃利斯的合理情绪疗法对因失恋而产生的抑郁情绪进行干预的案例。两个月前，来访者因初恋失败，出现抑郁情绪、自我怀疑、失眠、专注力下降等症状。经过六次咨询，成功帮助来访者走出了情绪困扰，达到了预期的咨询目标。
• This paper presents a case of using Ellis's rational emotional therapy to intervene in a case of depression caused by a breakup. Two months ago, the client suffered from depression, self-doubt, insomnia, and decreased concentration due to the failure of his first love. After six counseling sessions, the client was successfully helped out of emotional distress and reached the expected counseling goal.
