绘画疗法的愈心原理解读

• 摘要： 长期以来，心理学家关于人性的思想之争体现在不同心理咨询学派与咨询技术的演变和分化上。而绘画疗法能得到如精神分析学派、认知学派等不同学派的支持，体现出其有效性与现代性。本文结合精神分析理论、人本主义理论与大脑半球功能分区理论，对绘画疗法的愈心原理进行解读，通过房树人绘画技术案例呈现绘画疗法在心理咨询中的实际应用，并在此基础上总结学校班级绘画心理辅导的实践经验。
• Since the ancient Greek philosopher Socrates proposed the idea of “acknowledging yourself”, psychologists have never stopped contemplating human nature. The debate over human nature has spawned different psychological counseling theory and counseling techniques, and the painting psychotherapy that incorporates various techniques has received support from various psycho-counseling schools such as psychoanalysis school and humanist school. This article attempt to show the case of House-Tree-Person painting technique and decipher the principle of the art-therapy effect based on psychoanalysis theory, humanism theory, and cerebral hemisphere functional zoning theory.
