- 摘要： 心流是充满激情、专注地沉浸于某件事时的体验，是指人们全身心投入、沉浸于一项活动时的整体感觉。心流状态可以帮助个体更容易地实现兴盛，提升工作效率、创造力和幸福感。基于相关综述研究，本文提出“CCI”模式，通过心流实践实现持久兴盛，以促进幸福。未来研究可深入探讨心流与兴盛的关系，推动其在个体、社会、国家维度上的发展与应用。
- Flow is the experience of being passionately, fully absorbed in an activity, where individuals are completely immersed and focused. Flow state can help individuals easily achieve prosperity, enhance work efficiency, creativity, and happiness. Based on a review of related studies, this article proposes the “CCI” model to achieve lasting prosperity through flow practice and promote happiness. Future research could further explore the relationship between flow and prosperity, promoting development and application at individual, social, and national levels.
