• 摘要： 本文旨在探讨情绪疗法是否适用于中职生的情绪辅导以及技工院校的心理咨询个案过程反思。基于情绪治疗的理念，我们采取合理的情绪治疗技术（ABC治疗法），帮助来访者改善其不良的情绪状态，减轻其不合理的信念，改变其不良的思考模式，从而达成初步治疗目标，并能够积极地完成长期规划，进而帮助中职学生完善自身个性，且能积极地参与学习生活，从而达到更加良好的心理健康状态。本文通过该个案情况反思如何运用情绪治疗法解决中职学生情绪问题。
• This study aims to investigate the applicability of emotional therapy for vocational school students’ emotional counseling and to reflect on the case process of psychological counseling in technical colleges. Based on the principles of emotional therapy, we employ effective techniques (ABC therapy) to assist clients in improving their adverse emotional states, diminishing irrational beliefs, and altering negative thought patterns, thus achieving our initial treatment objectives. Furthermore, we enable them to actively implement long-term plans, thereby helping vocational school students to enhance their personalities and actively engage in their learning and daily lives, ultimately leading to improved mental health. This case serves as a reflection on the application of emotional therapy in addressing emotional issues among vocational school students.
