基于多系统协作的个案管理模式在高校精神障碍学生管理中的应用

• 摘要： 青少年是各类精神障碍的高发人群，高达50%的精神疾病在18岁之前出现。精神障碍学生群体的在校危机管理逐渐受到各高校重视。如何提供有效措施以避免学生病情复发而影响学业，甚至出现危机成为当务之急。个案管理模式是一种通过多系统协同合作，为个案提供多方位、个性化、持续性服务的管理方式。本文尝试将个案管理模式应用于一例精神障碍学生的危机后管理中，以期为高校精神障碍学生管理提供新的思路，并为深入推进学生心理健康教育工作提供实践路径。
• Teenagers are a high-risk group of various mental disorders, and up to 50% of mental diseases appear before the age of 18. The crisis management of students with mental disorders in school has gradually attracted the attention of colleges and universities. How to provide effective measures to prevent the recurrence of students’ illness from affecting their studies or even having a crisis has become a top priority. Case management mode is a management mode that provides multi-directional, personalized and continuous services for cases through the cooperation of multiple systems. This paper attempts to introduce the case management model into the post-crisis management of a mentally handicapped student, in order to provide a new idea for the management of mentally handicapped students in colleges and universities and a practical path for further promoting the development of students’ mental health education.
