Teenagers are a high-risk group of various mental disorders, and up to 50% of mental diseases appear before the age of 18. The crisis management of students with mental disorders in school has gradually attracted the attention of colleges and universities. How to provide effective measures to prevent the recurrence of students’ illness from affecting their studies or even having a crisis has become a top priority. Case management mode is a management mode that provides multi-directional, personalized and continuous services for cases through the cooperation of multiple systems. This paper attempts to introduce the case management model into the post-crisis management of a mentally handicapped student, in order to provide a new idea for the management of mentally handicapped students in colleges and universities and a practical path for further promoting the development of students’ mental health education.
