This report describes the detailed intervention process of a college student crisis case who had chronic depression and anxiety symptoms due to family relationship problems and was at risk of psychological crisis. Through the case information collection, crisis assessment process, detailed interventions during and affer the talks, and the integration and application of multiple resources in this case, we hope to provide references to the psychological crisis intervention program for college students in the context of the current challenges of college students’ mental health education. Meanwhile, based on this case, we put forward some thoughts: First, crisis intervention should integrate multiple resources such as family, school, college, psychological center and medical care, and link multiple parties to build, weave and effectively implement a safety net. Second, in the process of crisis intervention, there should be systematic thinking and continuous attention to realize full-cycle care. Third, psychological crisis intervention for college students should emphasize the inclusion of family education, improve the destructive factors brought about by the family environment through home-school communication, and build a protective environment. The emergence of psychological crises among college students is often related to weak ties, so crisis intervention can be supported by gardening activities, accompaniment, and the shaping of meaningful ties.
