  • 摘要: 目的:探讨认知行为治疗技术对于大学生考试焦虑个案的干预效果,以及个案概念化对个案干预作用。方法:以一位考试焦虑大学生为对象,通过情绪记录练习、识别并检验自动思维、放松训练等技术进行干预。结果:来访者主观评定焦虑水平显著下降,认知更加灵活,可以有效使用放松方法。结论:认知行为疗法能显著改善大学生考试焦虑,个案概念化能够有效指导个案干预。
  • Objective: To explore the effect of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) on college students withtest anxiety, and the effect of case conceptualization on the intervention of individual. Methods: A collegestudent with test anxiety was selected to intervene through emotion recording exercises, recognition andtesting of automatic thinking, and relaxation training etc. Results: The subjects’ subjective anxiety levelwas significantly reduced, and his/her cognitive was more flexible, so that the relaxation method could beused effectively. Conclusion: Cognitive behavioral therapy can significantly improve test anxiety in collegestudents, and case conceptualization can effectively guide case intervention.
