It serves as a guiding light, assisting them in surmounting challenges and discovering inner resources. This therapy method is particularly well-suited for addressing the developmental concerns faced by school students. The case discussed in this article typifies a common counseling topic encountered in universities, typically arising from minor psychological issues such as emotional distress and behavioral withdrawal, stemming from interpersonal relationship difffculties. By employing narrative techniques like deconstructing problems, reconstructing narratives, enriching life experiences, and fostering hope, clients are able to replace feelings of anxiety and depression with positive emotional experiences.
