- Abstract: 谈心谈话是高校辅导员心理工作的重要方式，然而，由于时代的发展，以及心理问题的多样性和复杂性，传统的谈心谈话模式已经无法满足当下的需求，本文结合实际，从积极心理学的咨询技巧中探索出一种新的谈心谈话模式，可使谈心谈话效率增加，具有一定的适用性，值得广泛推广。
- Heart-to-heart talk is an important way of psychological work for college counselors. However, due to the development of The Times and the emergence of the diversity and complexity of psychological problems, the previous heart-to-heart talk mode has been unable to meet the current needs. Based on the actual situation, this paper explores a new heart-to-heart talk mode from the counseling skills of positive psychology, which can increase the efficiency of heart-to-heart talk. It has certain applicability and is worth spreading widely.
