In recent years, the attention of society to campus bullying has caused many parents and teachers to pay excessive attention to the phenomenon of “bullying” on campus. This article provides some reflections on a case of crisis intervention in a bullying incident of a primary school student. Not all bullying should be so concerned and emphasized, we should believe in the child's psychological adjustment ability and interpersonal adaptability, according to the family function and the child's personality, to provide a less influential solution to the bullying incident, and turn the crisis into a child's growth opportunity. This intervention idea does not use a specific school of treatment, according to the comprehensive psychological assessment, Integrating the concepts of family system therapy and narrative therapy, with short-term focus, support and clarification methods, children and families came out from this crisis event, and had new thinking about family education philosophy and children’s growth.
