Objective: To understand the positive psychological feelings of volunteers in the Asian Games, in order to understand the positive psychological experience experienced by volunteers in the service process, and to provide reference for improving the service quality and mental health of volunteers. Methods: The phenomenological research method in qualitative research was used to select 10 volunteers from City College of Zhejiang University with different professional grades for semi-structured interviews with purpose sampling method. The original data were sorted out and analyzed according to Colaizzi 7-step analysis method. Results: Positive expectation, flow experience, self-affirmation, social fun, achievement and sense of mission were prominent in the comparison and induction. Conclusion: Asian Games volunteers have rich positive psychological experience. Education administrators should pay attention to the mental health status of volunteers, appropriately increase the opportunities for volunteers to obtain self-affirmation and sense of achievement, and strengthen volunteers’ sense of mission and social responsibility.
