The development of the Internet provides a more convenient channel for college students to obtain information, and network media has become the preferred position for the vast majority of students to “seek medical treatment” because of its low cost and easy availability. By comparing the impact of two major information sources on the formation of users’ health anxiety, this study uses text analysis to analyze the differences in the characteristics of information provided by two major information sources (scientific, trust, etc.), and proposes suggestions on the transformation of network health information design style, and also aims to appeal to college students: Do not believe the seemingly professional but one-sided diagnosis on the network, improve your own health literacy and self-efficacy, and you should seek medical attention in time when you are unwell.
