• Abstract: 非言语行为作为一种不包含语言内容的人际交流行为，在心理咨询中发挥着重要的作用。本文通过对以往研究的梳理，总结了咨询过程中咨询师和来访者的非言语信息的作用及价值，同时阐述了其中非言语行为应用存在的局限性以及相应的可能的解决方法，以期对非言语技术在心理咨询中的运用给予一定的参考方向，促进良好的咨访关系形成，更好地发挥其作用和价值。
• As a kind of interpersonal communication behavior without language content, non-verbal behavior plays an important role in psychological counseling. Based on the review of previous studies, this paper summarizes the role and value of non-verbal information of counselors and visitors in the process of counseling, and expounds the limitations of the application of non-verbal behavior and the corresponding possible mitigation methods, so as to provide certain reference direction for the application of non-verbal technology in psychological counseling and promote the formation of a good relationship between counselors and visitors. Better play its role and value.
