• 摘要： 《扪心问诊》是一部由真实咨询案例改编而成的美剧，剧中从心理医生的专业视角阐述了每一位来访与咨询师（Paul）之间的咨访关系，每个来访者都真实还原了原型的人格特征及背后的故事，而咨询师保罗用自己的专业知识及精神动力分析技术给予每位来访最全面的沟通、共情、理解以及升华内心。本文从人格心理学和病态心理学的角度出发，结合人格的定义、人格特征的评价、涉及相关防御机制体现、各大流派应用等专业知识，分析了主人公苏菲的潜意识，人格特征以及原始家庭。阐述了一个原始家庭对于青少年阶段孩子的人格影响，处事、三观等，进一步证实了家庭对于青少年孩子性格的形成重要性。
• In treatment is an American drama adapted from a real consultation case. From the professional perspective of a psychiatrist, the consultation and visit relationship between each visitor and the consultant (Paul) is expounded. Each visitor truly restores the personality characteristics of the prototype and the story behind it. The counselor Paul uses his professional knowledge and psychodynamic analysis techniques to give each visitor the most comprehensive communication, empathy, understanding and sublimation of the heart. From the perspective of personality psychology and pathological psychology, combined with the definition of personality, the evaluation of personality characteristics, the embodiment of related defense mechanisms, the application of major schools and other professional knowledge, this paper analyzes the protagonist Sophie's subconscious, personality characteristics and primitive family. This paper expounds the influence of a primitive family on the personality, the way of doing things and the three views of the adolescent children, which further proves the importance of the family for the formation of the adolescent children's personality.
