老子“道”的思想解读1例抑郁个案

• 摘要： 将中国优秀哲学思想与客体关系学派的咨询技术相结合。通过对心理咨询案例的分析，咨询师在老子“道” 的思想的指导下对一例抑郁个案进行概念化及解读。总结出个案概念化的三要点：（1）“道”是一种主宰着心灵世界的无意识动力；（2）“道”来源于过去，作用于当下；（3）“道”是无意识幻想，有意象有动力。结合老子”道“的思想与现代心理咨询技术可以推动心理咨询的本土化进程。
• To combine the excellent Chinese philosophical thought with the consulting technique of the object relations school. Through the analysis of psychological counseling cases, a case of depression was conceptualized and interpreted by the client under the guidance of Lao Tzu’s “Tao” thought. We summarize three main points: (1) Tao is an unconscious power that dominates the spiritual world; (2) Tao comes from the past and acts on the present; (3) Tao is an unconscious fantasy with images and power. The localization of psychological counseling can be promoted by combining Laozi's “Tao” thought with modern psychological counseling technology.
