This paper is a series of case reports on the use of the Move to Emptiness Technique(MET) to deal with multiple negative feelings of adolescent. A total of 6 MET consultations were conducted, including 1 initial interview and 5 MET consultations. The clients were treated with 5 negative feelings, such as the feeling of blockage inside, palpitation, cold in the heart, tightness in the throat, and confusion in the head. After the intervention of MET, the client changed from a state of physical and mental exhaustion to full of interest in learning. This paper presents the process of MET consultation mainly in the form of narration and key dialogues.
