移空步骤如何落到实处 ——一则移空团体督导案例报告

• 摘要： 本文是一则移空技术督导案例报告，督导议题包括：来访者三调放松达不到放松状态，适不适合做移空？靶症状和象征物频繁变化怎么办？如何针对强迫思维来访者做移空咨询？团督成员、主督导与总督导对案例及督导议题进行了讨论。本文对督导要点进行了整理：移空咨询师要将每一个步骤都落在感觉与行为上、提问要贴着来访者的感觉提感性的问题；移空咨询不问诊断，有强迫倾向的来访者，移空咨询可以以物象克服表象；受督咨询师感觉本次督导解决咨询师“步骤都会显效难”的问题，深刻领悟到要将移空技术的每一步“落到实处”，方显功力。
• This paper is a case report on the technical supervision of Move to Emptiness Technique (MET) . The supervision topics are: if the client can not relax in three tones, is it suitable to MET? What about frequent changes in target symptoms and signs? How to do space counseling for obsessive thinking clients? The case and supervision issues were discussed among the team supervisors, the chief supervisor and the general supervisor. In this paper, the main points of supervision are sorted out: the MET counselor should fall on the feeling and behavior of each step, and ask questions that should be attached to the feelings of the client. For patients with obsessive-compulsive tendencies, MET counseling can overcome appearances with images. The advisor felt that this time the supervisor solved the problem that "all steps of the consultant will be significantly effective", and deeply realized that every step of the removal technology should be "implemented" in order to show the effectiveness.
