• 摘要： 眼动脱敏再加工整合团体疗法（EMDR Integrative Group Treatment Protocol，EMDR-IGTP）是基于眼动脱敏再加工个体疗法的基础上，针对创伤后应激障碍群体性干预所开发出的短程、高效率的操作化团体心理治疗方案。它以适应性信息加工模型为理论基础，整合了EMDR个体治疗、团体治疗、叙事治疗、艺术治疗、稳定化技术等多种治疗方法。目前，在美洲、欧洲和亚洲等国家已广泛应用于成人和儿童群体创伤后应激障碍患者的治疗，并对缓解与创伤相关的症状有效。本文结合目前EMDR的发展现状，选取Web of Science等三个外文数据库中的18篇已发表的EMDR团体论文，侧重梳理已发表的不同模板的工作流程，旨在为未来中国EMDR-IGTP的发展提供思路，并期待通过更科学的实验对照研究，在中国不同人群中开展研究和应用。
• Integrated group therapy for eye movement desensitization and reprocessing is a short-range and efficient operational group psychotherapy for group intervention of post-traumatic stress disorder based on individual therapy for eye movement desensitization and reprocessing. Based on the theory of adaptive information processing model, EMDR integrates individual therapy, group therapy, narrative therapy, art therapy, stabilization technology and other treatment methods. At present, it has been widely used in the treatment of adults and children with post-traumatic stress disorder in many foreign countries and has received good results. This review by integrated the eye movement desensitization reprocessing integrating the present situation of the application of group therapy, combing the current existing workflow, to improve the integration of crisis intervention group study for the future, and look forward to more scientific by conducting experimental control study, strengthen to explore its theoretical basis and neurophysiological mechanism of the study, conducted in adults and children patients with post-traumatic stress disorder in the research and application.
