• Abstract: 本文是一则运用移空技术处理抑郁症的连续案例报告。来访者共做了14次咨询。其中完整移空10次，不完整移空2次。共处理了来访者肩颈到头部的疼痛、噩梦时被压住、嗓子卡住、梦多的疲劳感、被遗弃的恐惧、愤怒、心口燥热等多个症状，大部分达到显效，后期随访疗效保持良好。经过移空技术干预，来访者整体状态改善明显，并可以自我调整心身。本文主要以叙述的形式呈现了移空咨询过程。
• This is a serial case report on the application of MET in depression management. The client had a total of 14 consultations. Among them, there were 10 complete MET treatment and 2 incomplete ones. The symptoms of the client, pain from the shoulder and neck area to the head area, being oppressed during nightmares, throat entrapment, fatigue of dreaming, fear of abandonment, anger, and hot heart were treated respectively. Most of the results achieved remarkable effect, and the effect remained good in the later follow-up. After the intervention of MET, the overall state of the patients was significantly improved, and they could self-adjust their mind and body. This paper mainly presents the process of MET consultation in the form of narration.
